Ergonomically Designed

Ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue by taking the weight off of the handle and placing it on the base where it belongs. This unique Patent Pending 3 gallon solution tank places the cleaning solution inside the apron for a low center of gravity. All the weight of your cleaning solution is now on the base improving brush and pad pressure and taking the weight of the solution off of your lower back. Our all new Patent Pending waste recovery tank mounted directly over the solution tank; keeps the weight on the floor for continual brush / pad pressure throughout the cleaning cycle. With the CHEMSTRACTOR redesigned tilt telescoping handle any user can find the right handle position quickly and easily. With a total height of just 24" the CHEMSTRACTOR allows you to clean under chairs, tables, desks, restaurant sinks and even restroom stalls.

360° Cleaning

No matter where or how you move with the CHEMSTRACTOR you are always cleaning! The Patent Pending 360 degree extraction ring allows you to clean in any direction: front, back, left, right and diagonally. With our optional 360 degree hard surface urethane squeegee ring attached you can easily convert your CHEMSTRACTOR to a hard surface auto scrubber for all of those hard to clean areas. Spring loaded to provide even ring pressure on all surfaces, our ring easily retracts after use for transportation and storage. This unique Patent Pending feature means you never leave your ring behind and you never have to waste time mounting or adjusting the ring.
